Colac Campus - Opening 2027

Thank you for your interest in Christway College Colac, whether through attending our recent Community Information Night, or by completing our online Expression of Interest survey.

We have been greatly encouraged by the strong and positive response from the Colac community.

We are now moving into the next stage of the process – pre-enrolment.

Attached to this email is the Pre-Enrolment Commitment Form. This is an important step as it allows us to move from expressions of interest to confirmed enrolment intent and begin planning the school with confidence.

What we ask you to do

  1. Complete the Pre-Enrolment Commitment Form (below)
    Please ensure all details are filled in clearly, including your preferred payment option (full payment or payment plan).
  2. Return the completed form
    Please email the form back to us at: principal@christway.vic.edu.au
  3. Wait for acknowledgement
    Once we have received and reviewed your form, we will send you a confirmation email.
  4. Make your deposit payment
    After receiving confirmation, you will be invited to contact our College office at Kingston campus to arrange payment of your deposit.

A Note on Payment

To ensure families feel comfortable and secure, we are not collecting any credit card or bank details via this form.

Payment will only be arranged after your form has been received and acknowledged and will be handled directly through our College admin team.

Payment plans are available, and we will work with you to establish a suitable arrangement if required.

Why this step matters

This stage is critical in determining:

  • the viability of the Colac campus
  • the year levels we are able to offer
  • staffing and facility planning

 

Your commitment enables us to move forward with clarity and confidence.
